This Credit Authorization Agreement ("Authorization") is entered into between you ("you," "your," or "Applicant") and DISF Credit LLC, the operator of the DCredit – Cash Advance & Loans application (the "App").
By submitting a request, application, or inquiry through the App, you expressly consent to the terms of this Authorization and authorize the actions described below.
1. Purpose of This Authorization
The purpose of this Authorization is to obtain, verify, and evaluate information about you in connection with your request to be matched with third-party lenders and to assess your eligibility for potential loan offers.
DCredit – Cash Advance & Loans is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. However, this Authorization allows us and our third-party partners to facilitate the credit evaluation process.
2. Authorization to Obtain Consumer Reports
You authorize DISF Credit LLC and its lending partners to obtain consumer reports about you from consumer reporting agencies, including but not limited to credit bureaus, for the following purposes:
- Evaluating your eligibility for loan offers
- Verifying identity and preventing fraud
- Assessing creditworthiness
- Monitoring your credit profile in connection with ongoing or future requests initiated by you
This may include obtaining reports at the time of application and, where permitted by law, periodically thereafter in connection with the same transaction or related inquiries.
3. Types of Information That May Be Obtained
The information obtained pursuant to this Authorization may include, but is not limited to:
- Credit history and credit scores
- Payment history
- Outstanding debts and obligations
- Public record information
- Employment and income verification data
- Banking and transaction-related information (where applicable and authorized)
4. Authorization to Share Information
You expressly authorize DISF Credit LLC to share your personal and financial information, including consumer report information, with:
- Verified third-party lenders
- Credit reporting agencies
- Identity verification and fraud prevention service providers
- Service providers performing functions on our behalf
Such sharing is limited to purposes related to evaluating, processing, or servicing your loan request or complying with applicable legal requirements.
5. No Impact on Credit Score Disclosure
Certain inquiries made in connection with your request may be classified as "soft inquiries" and generally do not impact your credit score. However, individual lenders may perform "hard inquiries" if you proceed with a specific loan offer.
DISF Credit LLC does not control whether a lender conducts a hard or soft inquiry.
6. Duration of Authorization
This Authorization remains effective for the duration of your interaction with the App and may continue for a reasonable period thereafter as permitted by law, unless revoked in writing.
Revocation of this Authorization may limit or prevent your ability to receive loan offers through the App.
7. Accuracy of Information Provided
By agreeing to this Authorization, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
- You are submitting the request on your own behalf
- You have the legal authority to authorize the use and disclosure of your information
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of loan offers or termination of access to the App.
8. Electronic Signature and Consent
By clicking "Submit," "Continue," "I Agree," or similar acknowledgment, you affirm that:
- You have read and understand this Credit Authorization
- You consent to the electronic execution of this Authorization
- Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature
9. Legal Compliance
This Authorization is intended to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and other consumer protection regulations.
