These communications may be provided electronically through the App, via email, SMS/text message, or through other electronic means.
2) Legal Effect of Electronic Records
You understand and agree that all electronic communications provided to you have the same legal effect as written or printed documents. Your electronic consent, acceptance, or signature is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature.
