2) What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

3) Our Data Practices
DCredit – Cash Advance & Loans does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not knowingly engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.
However, certain limited disclosures of personal information to service providers, financial partners, or analytics providers may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, depending on the context and interpretation. As a result, we provide California residents with the right to opt out.
Personal information that may be involved in such disclosures can include identifiers, device information, internet activity, and related data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4) Your Right to Opt Out
California residents have the right to direct us to not sell or share their personal information.
Once we receive and verify a valid opt-out request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information, as applicable, unless an exception applies under the CCPA/CPRA.
Opt-out requests apply only to the device, browser, or account associated with the request and may need to be renewed if you clear cookies or use a different device.
